TRAINING W/ DANNY
So now that I have almost completed my personal training sessions with Mat, my trainer...I thought I would tell you the physical results I have achieved since January 9th, 2008 until now!
Before...
Weight: 186 lbs.
Body Fat: 23.6%
Body Fat: 46.7 lbs
Body Mass: 41 lbs
After...
Weight: 173 lbs (Net Loss of 13.6 lbs)
Body Fat: 15.3% (Less 15.3% Body Fat)
Body Fat: 26 lbs (Almost 21.7 lbs of Fat Lost)
Body Mass: 47 lbs (Gained 6lbs Muscle)
I know that this may not sound like much, but to me it is a great change! I love to see the progress and the overall change in my body. I still crave Wendy's and many other bad food habits, but after going through what I consider "Boot Camp" I am happy to report that since before the Christmas Holiday, I have still not eaten french fries, most fast food restaurants, soda pop, and a whole lot of other crap...but I have still managed the ability to sneak in an occasional piece of lemon cake, ice cream and a few other of my favorite sweets.
Its really a healthy balance of exercise, eating nutritiously, and trying to get a healthy amount of sleep. I have loved every minute of my training session. I want to thank my trainer Mat and my parents who helped pay for half of my training sessions.
Pleases let me know if you want any great meal or exercise workouts. I would love to help out in any way I can. Also, I will keep you posted on my success in the upcoming :Sprint" Tri-althalon in St. George, Utah in 2 weeks. I will be doing this with Kim and Nancy. We have to swim 400 meters, Bike 10 miles and run 3.2 miles. My goal is to do it under 1 hour and 20 min. My trainer says that it should take me 1 hour 30 min. I want to prove him wrong...PLUS dad has offered a small incentive for the winner of this event. I will go out trying to beat Kim...ha! ha! See It, Believe It, Achieve It!

Look at you little blog boy, love it! I think you need to up date it with all your hard swim, bike, run advice you have for the rest of us! Can't wait.
